Established in 1981, Mark Patrick high class family butchers have been in business for over 30 years and have a combined experience of over 100 years. All our vans are fully refrigerated to ensure that our product arrives at a safe and constant temperature and our premises are fully licensed under the Food and Safety Regulations 2000. This allows us to carry out commercial operations in relation to, the supply and sale, of ready to eat food and raw meat.
